"My experience overall with Adam Moskowitz as an agency has been wonderful. I have been a proud customer of him and his agency for well over a decade. However, Erika- one of the represents that works in his office has been quite rude when calling. I ask for basic information and her tone and customer service has not been great. It was my understanding that things had changed and then I had an overall negative experience with her yet again today. From now, I will ask to speak to someone else in the office. Unfortunately due to my experience with her, I am going to rate my experience overall as a '3'."
